Brown Mountain road residents have been invited by local resdient to attedn a bushfire planning and preparedness information session to discuss the upcoming season and review existing plans.
Staff and residents are invited to attend this session to discuss preparedness and bushfire planning.
A well attended community day, and the brigade were very proactive and appreciative. Lots of fun interactions with the kids and good conversations, driven by the brigade members, about power sheds, phone trees and other locally important topics....
This was a busy Saturday event with lots of differnet groups present, and locals wandering through the hall engaging with the groups and each other. There was a raffle, and we brought the hoses and ladders game which people enjoyed.
